Orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Custom lore creations may take up to 10 business days before shipping.

We ship across Canada and the USA using flat-rate shipping. Tracking is provided once your order leaves our hands.

Returns & Exchanges

Custom products are final sale. Candles, apparel, and décor may be exchanged within 7 days of delivery if unused, unopened, and in original condition.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer unless the item arrives damaged.

Candle Care

Trim the wick to ¼ inch before each burn. Allow the wax to melt fully across the surface to prevent tunneling.

Never leave a candle unattended and discontinue use when ½ inch of wax remains.

Apparel Care

Wash cold, inside out. Hang dry or tumble on low. Designed to wear in, not out.

Custom Lore Creations

Custom candles and apparel are created around your story. Once production begins, changes cannot be made.

Because of their nature, all custom items are final sale.
